Purchasing Supplies
Supplies include, but are not limited to, items such as painting/ coloring equipment, snacks, totes, envelopes, and event decorations. To purchase supplies, follow the instructions below!
Search for supplies on approved vendors first
UWL requires that supplies be purchased from STAPLES. Hence, check to see if the items you need are on staples and email Vickie Sanchez with the links to your desired supplies. Given the uncertainty of the arrival of supplies, please request supplies atleast 1-2 weeks prior to the day you intend to use your supplies.
What we need is not on Staples
It's okay if the supplies you need are not on the approved vendors. Email Vickie Sanchez with the link to the supplies you need.
