Transition

       Transition refers to the necessary actions to keep your organization alive after an organizational shift. Organizational shifts can include but are not limited to graduating exec members, the step-down of an exec(s), or a brand-new exec team. It is essential to take these actions anytime there is an organizational shift. However, it is recommended that you do a transition check at the end of every school year.
       Below are some necessary actions to take when going through a transition. Note: This is not an exhaustive list

1) Elections:  Have you conducted elections to find new execs? 

2) SFO Authorizations: Update your  SFO account with your new authorized officers. Visit here to do so. (REQUIRED)

3) My Orgs: Update your roster with new execs, meeting times, members, pictures, events, etc. (REQUIRED)

4) Social Media Passwords: Have you shared the social media passwords with your new exec team?

5) Storage Lockers:  Have you taken an inventory of items in your storage cage?

6) By-Laws and Constitutions:  Have you updated/reviewed your by-laws and constitution?

7) Recruitment Initiatives: Have you signed up for Involvement/Eagle Fest to recruit new members? Look out for an email from the Cove about signing up.

8) Budget plans for next year: Have you created a budget plan for the coming year? This will be required to get your budget for the next year. Utilize this Budget Template. (REQUIRED)
 
9) New Exec list/meeting times and location:  Have you informed/ emailed Jesi with your new exec list? (REQUIRED)

10)End of Year Report (EOY) report:  Please complete the End-of-the-Year Report (EOY) with your advisor and email it to Jesi. Due every May 1st (REQUIRED).
